Last March, all nursing homes were hermetically sealed. This documentary by Anne-Marieke Graafmans and Joost van Herwijnen shows at close quarters how the staff and residents of Het Hendrickszhuys nursing home try to get through the first lockdown together. The Skypekar that was created offers a solution in the longing for personal contact with the outside world. We see from up close how the locked-in staff and residents share far-reaching events with loved ones, family and colleagues via the computer screen.
