In this three-part documentary series, former news reporter and anthropologist Gerri Eickhof investigates the inequality hidden within our healthcare system. To what extent is healthcare in the Netherlands equal for everyone? Why is maternity care unavailable in certain neighborhoods, putting newborn babies at risk? How is it possible that many doctors are unaware that certain medical devices work differently on darker skin tones? Why does it take years for women to receive a correct diagnosis, while the process is much faster for men?
